User Agreement
This agreement governs the use of Nuviel, including eligibility, permitted use, premium content purchases, subscriptions, and service expectations for adult users.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nuviel. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and may lawfully enter into this agreement.
Service scope
Nuviel provides a private journaling experience for memories, anniversaries, wishes, premium themes, coin-enabled features, and subscription-enabled enhancements.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with service availability, bypass payment logic, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or harms other users.
Coins and paid features
Certain features may require coin purchases or an active subscription. Coins are digital in-app items for designated premium scenarios only and are not redeemable for cash.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions unlock recurring premium access. Detailed billing and renewal terms are provided in the Membership Agreement.
Limitation of service
We may update, refine, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, legal compliance, safety, or product improvement.
