Privacy Policy

Nuviel is designed for users aged 18 and above. We keep our data collection intentionally limited and store personal diary content locally on the user’s own mobile device.

Data Scope

What we collect

We only collect the minimum information required to support app access and premium purchases:

  • User ID
  • Coin balance and related purchase status
  • Subscription status and entitlement information

What we do not collect

We do not collect diary text, photos, wishes, anniversaries, relationship notes, locally stored content, or other personal memory content for server-side storage. Those materials stay on the user’s own device unless the user chooses platform-level backup options outside our service.

Local storage model

Diary content, in-app memory records, and related creative materials are intended for on-device use only. This allows the app to provide a more private journaling experience while limiting centralized collection.

Coins and subscriptions

We use coin and subscription records to deliver paid features, verify entitlements, and keep premium access available to the correct user account. These records are not used to build advertising profiles.

Age requirement

Nuviel is intended only for users aged 18 or older. The service is not offered to children.
