Membership Agreement

This page sets out the recurring billing and subscription rules for Nuviel membership plans and follows the structure and substance of the provided reference agreement.

Automatic renewal service

The automatic renewal service is provided after a user activates a Nuviel membership plan and chooses to continue that plan automatically for convenience. When the current subscription period is close to expiration, the payment channel linked to the user’s purchase account may be charged for the next billing cycle.

By enabling automatic renewal, the user authorizes the applicable payment platform to process the next cycle’s fee from the linked account balance, payment method, or other available billing source according to the rules of that payment platform.

This service depends on the user having an active auto-renewal setting, an eligible payment method, and sufficient available funds or valid billing authorization for the full amount due.

Billing cycle

Subscription periods may include weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans, depending on the options shown in Nuviel at the time of purchase. If automatic renewal remains active, the next billing cycle will be charged through the applicable payment platform and the corresponding membership period will be extended.

Automatic debit rules

  • By enabling automatic renewal, the user agrees that Nuviel may submit a renewal charge request through the relevant payment channel before or at the end of the active membership period.
  • Unless the user clearly cancels auto-renewal, the authorization for recurring billing remains effective for future billing cycles.
  • If cancellation is not completed before the next renewal processing window, the user understands that additional debit attempts may be made through the selected payment channel in accordance with platform rules.
  • Once the renewal charge is successfully processed, the membership entitlement for the next billing cycle will be activated based on the price and plan terms presented to the user at the time of purchase or renewal.

Cancellation method

  • For Apple devices: open the App Store, tap the Apple ID profile image, enter Account settings, open Subscriptions, select Nuviel, and cancel the subscription.
  • If an Apple ID uses a third-party payment source such as WeChat, Alipay, or PayPal, cancellation may also require completing the related automatic payment cancellation steps under that payment provider’s own settings.

Users understand that renewal status updates may not appear instantly. Until cancellation is fully processed by the payment platform, previously authorized renewal instructions may remain effective, and already charged subscription fees may not be refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
